ONPATH Technologies' Network Monitoring Solution Recognized by Frost & Sullivan

ONPATH Technologies (News - Alert), which offers scalable connectivity and monitoring solutions for high-performance networks, has been given a nod by analyst group Frost & Sullivan for one of its networking performance monitoring products.
Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) has awarded the Marlton, New Jersey-based company with a 2012 Global Customer Value Enhancement Award in Network Performance Monitoring.
The award recognizes ONPATH’s Universal Connectivity System (UCS) Network Monitoring Access solution’s scalability, reliability and ease of use, as well as the company’s commitment and focus on customer value, demonstrated through new product development and feature enhancements in the company’s two product lines.
These include the UCS 2900 and UCS 3900 families – and its support for the HorizON centralized management platform.
“A strong focus on customer value through new product enhancements and extensions over the years, along with the provision of superior customer experience, has given ONPATH a leading edge over its competitors in the market,” Srihari Padmanabhan, senior research analyst with Frost & Sullivan, said in a statement announcing the award. “Reaching out to a sizeable portion of the market with its differentiated offerings, which are highly scalable, user-friendly, and cost-effective, has further enhanced its position in the competitive network performance monitoring sector.”
“In view of these commendable attributes,” Padmanabhan added, “ONPATH Technologies has been chosen as the worthiest recipient of the 2012 Frost & Sullivan Global Customer Value Enhancement Award.”
The Frost & Sullivan Customer Value Enhancement Award is presented to the company that demonstrates excellence in implementing strategies that proactively create value for its customers, with a focus on improving the return on the investment that customers make in its services or products.
In addition, this award recognizes the company’s inordinate focus on enhancing the value that its customers receive, beyond simply good customer service, leading to improved customer retention, and ultimately, customer base enhancement.
ONPATH says it is grateful that its efforts have been recognized by Frost & Sullivan.
