Over the last couple of years, iGR has been revving up for a huge reboot of its primary services. The company has been expanding its reach into the complicated and complex world of creating modeling algorithms that will help gage the demand for different mobile networks’ traffic.

These models are specific to different regions throughout the world and can be customized to investigate a very specific swath.

iGR has been able to add new network capacities through its expansion, and is now able to include statistics like amount of cell sites and sectors in a particular region in its analysis.

Because of this increased capability, iGR is better able to predict when a mobile network can expect to be in high demand, and which of its services in particular is most likely to be popular at the time of spiked interest.

The company has devised a system that allows it to compare data points concerning network demand and capacity. This lets them in on when a certain market might experience issues with maintaining its data at full capacity, and also how different networks can cope when their services are feeling the strain of inflation.

The new capabilities of iGR will help mobile networks better address the needs of customers.

Now, one of iGR’s models will be able to show how a small deployment of cells could serve to provide more data capacity in a pinch, or how rerouting the data through different devices might make all the difference in the world in terms of possible loss in data speed.

These small adjustments and damage control options would make it far easier for companies to anticipate and solve customer service issues.

Ultimately, these new models allow companies to better anticipate customer needs and address them in a timely manner.
